Public services representatives provide language interpreters for various areas of the terminals including U.S. customs and border protection, immigration, the state police and other airport tenants. Ground transport services include rental cars, vans, limousines, buses, taxis, hotel shuttles, commuter rail and the subway. In addition to these links, there are water taxis and water shuttles from the Logan dock to Boston’s inner harbor and south shore docks.

Parking facilities including a ‘cell phone’ lot; a central parking garage and parking facilities are near each of the four terminals. The volume of traffic heading to and from parking areas is sometimes a problem and drivers need to watch for instructions posted on the message boards on the approach to the parking lots.
There are many wonderful hotels nearby and throughout Boston as the airport does not have on-site accommodation. Throughout the terminals, passengers will find food and beverage services, retail shops, televisions, telephones, ATM machines, restrooms, currency exchange and business centers.
