The Bydgoszcz Ignacy Jan Paderewski Airport is located just three miles from the city centre and is easy to reach via car or bus.

Currently, there is just one passenger terminal at the airport, however future plans allow for the construction of a cargo terminal. Some of the airlines operating from the present terminal include LOT Polish Airlines, Jet Air and Ryanair.

For transport to and from the airport, there is the number 80 bus, which runs regularly. This bus runs to and from the Bydgoszcz City Centre. If interested, Toyota passenger vehicles are also available at the airport for passengers who prefer to rent a car. The Toyota car rental service is available daily.

When driving your own vehicle, the airport does offer space for parking. In total, there are 150 spaces in the parking area for passenger vehicles. The parking area is secure and passengers must pay to use the parking service.

While no hotels are located directly at the airport, there are hotels situated close to the airport. If searching for the best deal, consider the City Hotel Bydgoszcz, where the hotel offers a 30% discount for Ryanair passengers who provide a boarding pass. Additional discounts are also available at various other hotels located in the airport’s vicinity.

Facilities available at the airport include a currency exchange office, a post office and press salon. Shoppers will work up an appetite in the airport’s gift shops and can later relax at one of the many cafés, restaurants or coffee bars. Later, be sure to visit the airport’s gallery, where the works of artists from the Bydgoszcz area are exhibited.
