Jacksonville Airport is about 18 miles from downtown Jacksonville and serves 14 major and regional airlines operating over 200 daily arrivals and departures. The main terminal sits in a large courtyard and leads to Concourses A, B, & C, which have food and beverage facilities, retail shops and other services.

On the Lower Level, passengers will find the Baggage Claims, where baggage carts and Skycaps are available. The Welcome Center and Airport Information booth is on the Lower Level where Lost and Found is also located along with a Mail Center and US Post Office. The Rent-A-Cellular Business Center provides business services and fully equipped computers plus Internet access.

Parking areas include a lighted, hourly garage with 800 spaces and a daily garage with 1,947 spaces. There are also three economy parking lots with a total of 4,400 spaces. Free Shuttles run about every 10 minutes, transporting passengers from parking lots to the main terminal. The first 30 minutes parking is free, over 30 minutes is $1.50 per 30 minutes up the maximum.

Jacksonville International Airport does not have an on-site hotel, but there are several within a short distance. The closest are Best Western at 1170 Airport Entrance Road, Jacksonville, 1-808-308-9156 and Jacksonville Plaza Hotel & Suites, 14585 Duval Road, Jacksonville.
