The International Airport in Memphis has a main terminal with three concourses (A, B, & C). The airport provides meeting rooms and conference facilities near the security checkpoints. A Radisson Hotel is on-site offering 211 rooms and many amenities. All facilities are accessible and in compliance with ADA regulations, including disabled parking on three levels. Among the services provided by the airport are restaurants, retail shops, restrooms, Internet access, and a business center.
A parking garage and three parking lots provide long-term parking. The first thirty minutes are free for passengers. The next hour is charged at $1 and the rates increases by $1 every thirty minutes to a maximum of $10; the fee for 24-hour parking. The garage includes short-term parking with the same rates as long-term parking with the maximum for twenty-four hours set at $21. Parking Lot D is for employees.
Ground transport links include rental cars from Budget, Avis, Enterprise and others. All rental companies are located outside the terminal. These companies provide courtesy shuttles to take customers to the car lots to select and rent a car. House phones are available in the baggage claim areas to contact the rental agency of choice. Outside the terminal, taxis, limousines, hotel shuttles, airport shuttles, city buses, vans and shared rides wait to provide transport for those passengers who do not prefer a rental car.
