To get to the airport from Mahon take the ME-12 and take the first exit heading toward the airport. From Ciutadella take the ME-1 and turn onto the ME-14, then take the first exit and continue on to the airport.

Menorca Airport is approximately 4.5 kilometers southwest of Mahon, which is a port city. Mahon is the capital city of Menorca and the airport is predominately a tourist airport with many charter flights.

Arrivals enter at the ground floor of the terminal and Non-Schengen and international passengers proceed through passport control then collect their baggage. The departure hall is on the first floor of the two storey terminal and there are 21 check-in desks and 11 boarding gates in this area. Gates 1-5 are for domestic passengers only and the other gates are for non-Schengen and international passengers.

Facilities on the ground floor of the terminal include an information desk, a travel agency, ATMs, bars, cafeterias, a candy and sweet shop, three restaurants and duty free shops.

Ground transportation to and from the airport includes rental cars and shuttle buses. Public buses leave about every thirty minute and a taxi rank is situated outside the arrivals hall.

The airport has no onsite accommodation, but the Hotel Residencia Capri is less than 5 kilometers from the airport.

The airport provides two car parks; one car park is located near the terminal and has 250 spaces for short stay parking and the second car park has 495 spaces and is a long stay car park.
