The Toronto Pearson Airport has three terminals and four levels. Ground level is for passengers connecting with ground transport services. Level 1 is for arrivals; Level 2 includes boarding gates, parking and the link train. Level 3 is the level for departures. Passengers traveling through the airport will find many kiosks or counters throughout the terminals with someone always ready to assist them.

This airport offers public parking spaces on level one and two, in addition to valet service available at Terminal 1. A reduced rate parking lot is accessible. Drivers dropping off and picking up passengers, park in short-term parking lot located at the ‘cell phone’ lot. No one may park curbside or leave a vehicle unattended to pick up or drop off someone. Unattended cars will be towed away on the back of a truck. Parking fees begin at $4 for each thirty minutes up to a maximum of three hours. Weekly parking costs $28 and one month costs $140. Valet parking costs $20 in addition to the cost for parking.

This airport includes many food and beverage services in Terminal 1 & 3. All terminals have Wi-Fi internet service. Passengers will discover gift shops, art exhibits, a duty free shop, televisions, washrooms, changing tables and much more. For those who need mobility assistance, porter services, a guide or even teletypewriters there is help available. There are hotels and motels nearby, but the airport does not have on-site, overnight accommodation.
