The terminal building at Atlanta Airport is divided into the north terminal, the main terminal and the south terminal. Ticketing and check-in centers are in the north and south terminals and the MARTA bus station is located in the south terminal. There are three levels and five concourses. The airport has no on-site, overnight accommodation; however, there are many hotels, motels and inns within a short distance of the airport as well as in downtown Atlanta.

Each concourse includes food and beverage services, retail shops, duty-free shops, currency exchange; business services centers and telephones including TTY. Additional special services are available in some concourses. Passengers can find just about anything they need or want in Atlanta airport. Airport ground transport links include, hotel shuttles, park & ride shuttles, rental cars, ‘shared ride’ shuttles, taxis and the MARTA city buses. Passengers leaving or coming to the airport can also find rental vans and limousines. The MARTA and Greyhound buses provide additional ground services.

The airport provides parking services on the east and west ends of both the north and south terminals. Ten parking areas provide parking from one to six hours. Daily parking lots adjacent to each terminal have covered parking on the first three floors. Economy parking lots offer long-term parking. The airport shuttles also transport passengers to and from parking lots. The covered ‘Gold Reserve’ parking lots are only a short distance from the terminals.
