Bradley Airport is a domestic and international airport for both passengers and cargo. It has two terminals on two levels, with one Concourse and a Sheraton Hotel on-site. The towns of North Central Connecticut are like one large community and Bradley Airport acts as a friendly business center to them all.

Short-term parking is within walking distance of the terminals. The Long-term parking lots are situated further from the airport and are served by shuttles, which transport passengers to and from the terminals. A parking garage with 3,500 parking spaces is located across from the new terminal.

Bradley Airport provides all the amenities one would expect from a modern small airport, including WiFi, Internet access, telephones, Executive Clubs, ADA-compliant facilities, Customs and cargo handling. Among the services available in Terminals A & B and the Concourse, are specialty shops, retail shops, restaurants and lounges.
