There are three different terminals at Brisbane Airport, specifically a cargo terminal, a domestic terminal and an international terminal. There are cafeterias and a number of shops in each of the passenger terminals.

Directions

The airport is conveniently located about fifteen to twenty minutes from Brisbane centre. Access from the west is via Route 25 then north on the M1 to Airport Drive, then right into the airport. From the north, travel southward to Airport Drive then turn left into the grounds. From the south, travel northward to Airport Drive then turn right.

Parking

Convenient and reasonably priced parking is available at both the domestic and international terminals. There is a short-term parking facility available twenty-four hours a day close to the domestic terminal. There is also a long-term and short-term parking facility located in front of the international terminal.

Transport to and from Parking Areas

Transportation in between the parking areas and either the domestic or international terminals is available via the AirTrain shuttle. Also, there is a taxi service that will shuttle travelers between the two passenger terminals for about $9 AUD.

Accommodation

Although there are no lodging facilities at the airport, there are four decent hotels within close distance of the airport:

• Quest Ascot Hotel

Facilities

One of the current promotions currently going on at Brisbane Airport is duty-free shopping and there are ten different shops wherein the traveler can find just about anything to bring home with them as a reminder of their travels. Additionally, there are eleven different places to eat, drink and relax in between flights.
