Directions: From Johannesburg take the R24 to the airport. From Pretoria take R21. There are clear signs posted from these roads to the airport.

The information desks for the airport are located in the international arrivals and departures and in the domestic arrival areas. Flight details and information are available at the help desk.

There is a variety of places to eat and drink within the airport. These include a juice bar, steak houses, coffee shops, a good bakery and some fast food restaurants. The airport also offers several shops including a duty free mall. Travellers will also have access to a 24 hour medical clinic, a chapel, an Islamic prayer room and baby changing facilities.

There are ATMs available, banks and Bureaux de Change at the airport. A post office and Mobile telephone hire are also available. The international departure area has wireless internet access available.

Business travellers will enjoy the Business Centre. They will find facilities for fax, telephone and secretarial services. A premier conference centre is located in the domestic terminal. It offers four meeting rooms with seating for up to 14 people. There is a seminar facility for up to 50 people and a conference room that seats 120 people. There is also a media conference room available.

There are several parking areas available for both long term and short term parking. These include an underground facility and an outdoor plus a shaded parking area. The free 24 hour shuttle bus service operates between the farthest areas to the terminals. Valet parking is also available.

The car rental agencies available include Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz, Imperial, Khaya, National, Sizwe and Tempest. They are located in the multi-story parking area opposite the domestic terminal.

There is an Intercontinental Hotel situated at the airport which is only a short distance from the terminals. There are 138 guest rooms with WiFi internet access for business users.
