SAN can be reached via Amtrak and Coaster trains or the Metro Bus System. Private limos, taxis and shuttles are also available. Offsite long-term parking, with shuttle service to the terminal is available from $10 to $12 per day and valet parking is available for $30 per day.

The airport is divided into three terminals: 1, 2 and the Commuter Terminal. Terminals 1 and 2 offer travellers dining and shopping choices, including Chili’s Too and Baja Books. The Neil Ash USO Center welcomes military personnel and their families to enjoy a comfortable pre-flight wait. SAN hosts a variety of performing arts and children’s events throughout the year.
