Directions: From St Petersburg, drive south on Moskovsky Prospekt. When Moskovsky Prospekt becomes Pulkovskoe Shosse, take the first right for Pulkovo 2 or the second right for Pulkovo 1.

There are 45 check-in desks, 17 gates, 4 air bridges and 8 baggage claim belts at the airport. Information desks along with touch screen information stations and tourist information counters are available in both terminals.

The airport offers a variety of restaurants, cafeterias and bars located throughout both terminals. Shoppers will find duty free shops, gift shops, newspaper agents and a convenience store on the first floor of the Pulkovo 2 Departures. Other facilities include first aid posts in both terminals and a mother and child room. There is a pharmacy and a hairdresser in Pulkovo 1. Showers are also available.

Travellers will find ATMs, Bureaux de change and a post office in both terminals. Photocopying and other telecommunications services are offered at the post offices, and wireless Internet access is available in both terminals. Business travellers are invited to use the business lounge that provides telephone and fax facilities in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. VIP facilities are available in both terminals as well.

There are several disabled services and facilities at the airport. Travellers with special needs should inform their airline before travelling.

There are buses and taxis available for transportation. The car rental agencies available include Avis, Europcar and Hertz. A warning to travellers, driving in and around St. Petersburg can be problematic due to road conditions and the erratic nature of the signs. There are parking areas available close to both terminals. A multi-story parking area is located at Pulkovo 2 and is connected to the terminal by a heated walkway.

There is one hotel approximately five kilometres or three miles from the airport.
