Cleveland airport has a lower and upper terminal, Concourses A, B, C and D and an underground connecting tunnel. There are restaurants and retail shops, newsstands, restrooms, Internet kiosks and many other conveniences located on each concourse. In addition, Concourse A has fourteen gates; Concourse B, eleven gates and a chapel; Concourse C, twenty-nine gates and Concourse D, twenty-eight gates.

There are two parking garages at Cleveland Hopkins airport, operated by Standard Parking, which are open around the clock. They provide drop-off and pick-up spaces, hourly/daily and long-term parking spaces. Levels 1 & 3 have rental Smarte Cartes, banking services and ATM’s close to the lobby elevator. An economy shuttle parking lot offers payment by credit card and is located adjacent to Sheraton Hotel. Parking costs $7, including a free newspaper and bottle of water.

Ground transportation includes airport shuttles, limousines and taxi services. In addition, there are public buses and hotel shuttles. The Rapid Transit red line runs between the airport and downtown, departing every fifteen minutes.

Airline lounges, telephones, banks, ATMs, currency exchange, lost and found, medical care, a post office and USO facilities are among the many services offered throughout Cleveland Airport. Throughout the terminals, Airport Ambassadors are available to assist the handicapped and other passengers. The Customs and Border Protection center is on Concourse A, adjacent to Gate 5. A Sheraton Hotel is on-site and operates round the clock shuttles to and from the terminal. Around fifteen other hotels and motels are located within a short distance from the airport.
