Dane County Airport has one terminal consisting of a ground level and the concourse level. Ticketing, baggage claim, a “greeters” lounge and conference room are on the ground level. Car rentals are directly across from baggage claims. Restrooms, telephones, food services and other amenities are on the lower level. A loading bay for pick-ups is at the northern end of the Ground Level.

The concourse level consists of a security checkpoint at each end terminal. In addition, there is a CNBC news desk, restaurants, the Wisconsin marketplace, travel mart, a business center, restrooms, telephones and a skywalk to the parking ramp. Departure gates are around the ends and the east side of the terminal.

A three-level, parking ramp is nearing completion and will provide 1,200 additional parking spaces to those in the adjacent parking ramp. There are free shuttles for the economy lot used when the ramp and surface lots reach full capacity. The first fifteen minutes are free and the next fifteen minutes is $1 after which fees accrue at $1 every thirty minutes to the maximum of $10. Ground transportation includes taxis, public transit, taxis, rental cars, limousines and vans.

There is no on-site overnight accommodation but there are many hotels and motels within a short distance from the Dane County Airport.
