Guernsey Airport is located on the Channel Island of Guernsey. St Peter Port, the capital of the island, is just 4 miles from the airport. Island Coachways runs buses between the capital and the airport. The number 7 and number 4 buses stop directly outside the airport.

The airlines that operate from this airport are Aurigny Air Services, Blue Islands, Flybe and Lufthansa. These airlines carry over eight hundred thousand passengers a year to eighteen destinations. The airport has one terminal and parking spaces for 275 cars. The car park is operated on a ‘pay station’ basis. For stays of up to one hour there is no parking fee.

Besides a tourist information desk, there is a cashpoint machine on the main concourse. Passengers can purchase items such as newspapers, books, gifts and perfume at the airport’s shops. An exclusive flower shop is another attraction. Shoppers who want to save money can visit the duty-free shop located in the departure lounge. On the ground floor, Le Gouffre Food Village offers a variety of hot and cold food and beverages. For those who would prefer a light meal or a drink there is the Ritazza Café/Bar.

If you are on a business trip to Guernsey, the airport has the facilities to hold mini conferences. The conference room can seat up to 20 people and the lecture theatre can seat 50 people. The lecture theatre is equipped with modern facilities such as IT projection equipment, Internet access and DVD/Video player.

About ten miles from the airport, there is the La Fregate Hotel in St. Peter Port. The hotel has good facilities for business travellers.
