Miami International Airport is nine miles west of central Miami. Take I-95 to the LeJeune Exit and follow the signs to the airport.

Miami International Airport has a Main Terminal with three levels and eight concourses. It is among the busiest airports in the world. Thousands of people pass through each concourse daily. United and American Airlines have served passengers from Miami Airport for over fifty years. The airport is accessible to disabled people and in compliance with all ADA regulations.

In addition to the services and amenities are those common to all International airports, Miami International provides, an auditorium – concourse A; baggage checkroom / storage; full service Post Office; armed forces center; an international press center; a rooftop swimming pool and the Miami International Hotel all on concourse E, which is the only on-site hotel. There are, however, several hotels conveniently located within five miles of the airport

Ground transportation services include the Metrobus Express Shuttles, Airport shuttles, City buses, Tri-Rail Commuter trains, Taxicabs, Rental cars, Vans, Limousines and hotel shuttles. There are also wheelchair accessible cabs available. The airport has two large long-term parking garages and a short-term parking lot near the terminal. All parking areas include reserved parking for those with a disabled decal or license plate.

The airport has many restaurants; fast food outlets, bars and cafes all open twenty-four hours a day. There are duty-free shops and other shops throughout the airport including a barbershop / hair salon.
